Job Description
Purpose of Job: We are looking for Pega CLSA who will be engaged in this project and should have
bi-lingual skill (Japanese and English) along with Pega 7. x and 8. x exp.

Job Responsibility:
The candidate should have bi-lingual skills (Japanese and English) along with Pega 7. x and 8. x exp.
The candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega
PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
The candidate will work with Business stakeholders and Business Analysts and the management
team in analyzing and understanding the requirements for Pega applications.
The candidate will create an Enterprise Class Structure and Data Model for enterprise BPM applications
in Pega
The candidate will guide the technical team in terms of Architecture Design, PEGA
configuration design.
The candidate will conduct necessary proof-of-concept and share the approach with the project team.
The candidate will create Services to integrate with other Pega applications.
The candidate will create Connectors to connect to other Pega applications.
The candidate will establish Pega coding standards.
The candidate will be Guiding & Mentoring the team members with the Pega development best
practices.
The candidate will be reviewing the Pega code developed by the team members.
The candidate will be providing the Pega estimations by understanding the requirements.
The candidate will be delivering the Pega projects within the agreed timelines.
The candidate will influence the Technical decision-making for Enterprise Applications on the Pega
platform through negotiation and collaboration with the stakeholders in multiple geographies.

The candidate will foster and build relationships, engage, and influence others, and work with diverse
internal, global business units, and global network providers/outsourcers.
The candidate will be explaining technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades
others, and gains understanding at all levels through strong written, and oral communication skills.
The candidate will address architectural issues and conceptual designs for Pega Enterprise
Applications.
The candidate will be required to identify and resolve complex technical issues on the Pega platform
applications.
Must have skills and requirements:
Pega. Should have bi-lingual skills (Japanese and English) along with Pega 7.x and 8.x exp.
Years of experience: 12-16 Years
Required certification: Yes – CSSA and CLSA
