Requirements
Both for Project manager and Project Leader –
・PM/ PL Experience at Sie or consulting farm dealing with Public Infrastructure project.

☆Project Manager
Must Experience
• Project management experience in a project team of 50+ person-months or 10+ people
• Experience negotiating with clients on proposals, estimates, and project baselines such as
scope and budget.
• Experience in project management of public or mission-critical systems, regardless of
industry.
• Ability to communicate smoothly with clients, internal and external organizations.
【Nice to have】
• Project leader in a large-scale project
• AWS/Azure projects is a plus
• offshore projects is a plus.
☆Project Leader
Must Experience
• Experience in leading project teams of 5 or more people

• Experience as a project leader or aspiring to become a project leader in a public or mission-
critical system, regardless of industry

Nice to have
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience.
• One of the following technical elements

-Design skills: experience in basic design to internal design and writing test specifications
-Program development experience: Development and system testing in Java , .
-Database: Experience with normalization, logical design, physical design, and SQL creation in
Oracle or SQL Server
-Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and related internal and external organizations
-Experience with offshore projects is a plus
