Job Details
▪ Connected Application Platform Development and Operation Support Area
Support for development of applications to collect and analyze information from devices and platforms
using AWS and AZURE and their operation.
⇒ Cars, like IoT devices, are now connected to the cloud and can receive various services. We
support development and operation of applications and platforms to provide these services.
▪ Software Defined (Software First) Activity Support Area
Building processes for the transformation to agile development, and DevOps and CI/CD environments
to efficiently implement them.
⇒ Needs for cars are shifting from hardware to software, and it is necessary to create value for cars
with software. Therefore, it is important how quickly products (software) can be released to the world,
and as a means to achieve this, it is imperative to build a system that incorporates agile methods in
development.
▪ Software Development Support Area
UI/UX and control development in in-vehicle software for AD/ADAS and digital cockpits, as well as
model development and simulation environment construction for them
⇒ As the key to value creation in vehicles is shifting from hardware to software, user interface
development centered on automated driving is necessary to realize user experience. There is an
urgent need to develop AI to realize automated driving and to build a simulation environment to verify
them.
Must Experience

• System integration experience as an SE
• Project management experience in software development (progress management, issue
management, cost management, outsourcing management, etc.)
▪ Support for development and operation of connected apps and platforms
Experience in at least one of the following
✓ Knowledge and development experience (specification, design, coding, testing,
simulation) of vehicle connected applications and platforms
✓ Communication technology (vehicle-center communication) including location
information system (GIS)
✓ Knowledge of infrastructure (load balancing, auto-scaling, serverless (lambda),
Redshift)
✓ Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure (DevOps, container technology, IoT,
security, etc.)
▪ Software Defined (Software First) Activity Support
Experience in at least one of the following
✓ Knowledge of vehicle software development process
✓ Business analysis/improvement such as BPR (portfolio analysis, workflow, DSM,
workshop design/facilitation, etc.)
✓ Agile tools (JIRA, Redmine, Burndown)
✓ CI/CD environment construction (Jenkins, Github, TerraForm, AWS: AWS
CloudFormation, Code comit, Code Pipleline, Code build, Azure; Azure DevOps, etc.)
▪ Software Development Support
Experience in at least one of the following
✓ Experience in automotive software development (UML, specification, design, coding,
testing, model-based, simulation)
✓ Knowledge of AD/ADAS systems (ACC, AEB, etc. system architecture, control
system configuration, etc.)
✓ Knowledge of digital cockpit
✓ Systems → IVI, meters, HUD, etc. system architecture, control system
configuration, etc.
✓ Technology → UI: Qt, Unity, UE, Kanzi, OS: Android, iOS, AGL, Arene, QNX,
INTEGRITY, Hypervisor, Autosar, SoC: R-Car, etc.
✓ Simulation environment construction (knowledge of tools related to xILS construction)
